Item Card

Inventory Control is the backbone of any good Point of Sale system. POS•IM Item Cards are designed to help you:

  • maintain optimal inventory levels
  • quickly and accurately complete purchase orders
  • simplify receiving and barcode labeling

Item information is kept on a single "card" allowing you to evaluate each item without time-consuming searches.

Classify each inventory item into departments and four user-definable categories or sub-categories. Multiple vendors can be assigned to each item with a "preferred" vendor identified.

Adding Items

  • Importing a list of items from a spreadsheet
  • Using the Add Items Card
