POS•IM supports 32-bit Windows-based operating systems such as 2000, XP, and Vista. POS•IM will work on Vista in compatibility mode, and does not work on 64-bit machines. We also suggest that XP Professional be used in a multiple computer environment. XP Home was not designed for business-strength networking. Most computers purchased within the last two years will run POS•IM efficiently. If you have questions regarding your computer's ability to run POS•IM, please call your local representative.

If you have a dedicated server and are running Windows Server 2000 or Windows Server 2003 then please be aware you will not be able to use POS•IM client applications (Sales, Inventory, etc.) on the server.
