Sopra Sotto is an Italian Living Store located in Rochester Minnesota and has been using POS•IM since they opened in Feruary 2006. Why did you originally choose to purchase POS•IM?

We liked the ability to track sales trends over time with a comprehensive information-gathering system. We were also impressed by the number of reports possible to run.

What benefits has your store received by using POS•IM?

One of the biggest benefits of using POS•IM is the ability to keep track of key customers and their buying trends. This allows us to create a sale and target a specific audience by customizing in-store specials. We also really enjoy the ease of the reorder process.

What is your favorite feature in POS•IM?

The retrieval of information in various formats. Tech support help by phone has really been excellent! They are able to walk us through anything.
