First, it integrates with your software so the customer and transaction data is automatically available to you. This means you can create an email, then choose who it should be sent to, without having to export a list, clean it up, then re-import it. Your list can be based on customer groups. Or, you can base it on purchase history. For example… send an email about a new item to everyone who purchased a similar item, or an item from a specific department in a specified time period.
Second, because the transaction data is automatically transferred to Marketing Manager daily, your campaigns can be ongoing. They can keep sending forever. For example... you can send a thank you to anyone who purchases over $30. Every day the new transactions will be checked and anyone who spent over $30 will get your email or postcard. Just say thanks and invite them back. Or give them a special offer to entice them back into the store.
Third, the emails and postcards are individualized with the contacts name. If your email says, "Hey, EMILY!" in the body, then studies show response rates are improved by 45%. Emails and postcards are created using variable data, which means each one is different. So the front of the postcard (the side without the postage) can have text with the person's name in it… to really get their attention!

Choose the filters for your recipient group. You can send to everyone, or limit it to a specific group.
