Explanation of Benefits:


  • Enhancement and Maintenance Updates - Enhancement Updates are new versions of POS•IM with features that were not included in the previous version. Maintenance Updates are new releases of POS•IM with maintenance changes.

  • Telephone Support Incidents - An incident is a single issue the support contract holder needs help with, regardless of the number of phone calls it takes to clear up the incident.

  • E-mail/Fax Support Incidents - E-mail/Fax support is designed to answer non-critical questions. Many times our support team can do additional research for the support holder and reply with written documentation.

  • After Hours Support - So your store is covered at all times, we offer after hours support for evenings, holidays and weekends. The amount of support depends on the contract, and is billed separately otherwise. Ensign is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm MST, and after hours support is from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am MST.

  • E-Support - www.posim.com - Found under the technical support tab of our web page, our support site includes a library of technical tips and instructions to give you additional insight into the use of the POS•IM system.

  • Live Online Diagnostics - This allows the support team to see your computer via the Internet. This way they can see what you are looking at, and you can see what they are describing. The software required is free to you, and Gold Support holders pay a discounted setup fee of $50.00.
