Aloha Beauty Supply is a family ran beauty store in Kapolei, Hawaii. The store sells both retail and wholesale beauty supplies. They have used POS•IM EVO since June of 2010.

Why did you originally choose to purchase POS•IM?

I found POS•IM has LESS problems (than Microsoft RMS) with data and is easy for the clerk and sales staff to understand. I like the report management best because it gives me quick answers for payroll, taxes, stock and sales.

What is your favorite feature in POS•IM?

We can e-mail quotes to our customers, THEY LOVE IT!

What benefits has your store received by using POS•IM?

POS•IM makes it easy for me to manage the store by myself, we run on a minimum staff due to the current economy, we have one part timer in the store and 3 sales people on commission. POS•IM makes managing all these facets easier. We started the business in 2009 and I wanted a system that paralleled the one I used at my former employer but on a MAC.
