What topics do the webinars cover?

Webinars are designed to focus on individual features within the POSIM point-of-sale system. POSIM’s goal is to encourage and facilitate advanced POS software and inventory management education. Webinar topics covered span everything from getting started with POSIM, including general setup and physical inventory, to advanced topics including reporting, remote sales, multiple locations, customer rewards and so much more!

How often are webinars held?

Here at POSIM, we strive to host webinars monthly. Twice a year, we host a week-long webinar series called Retail Power Week. This educational training series is typically held for one week during the fall and spring.

What day and time do you host webinars?

We host our webinars on the second Tuesday of each month at 10 a.m. CST. Webinars typically last around 30 minutes. Please confirm that you schedule the correct time according to your specific location and time zone.

What if I can’t attend the scheduled webinar?

We understand that sometimes things pop up and you can’t always attend a scheduled webinar. Following the webinar, all registrants receive a hyperlink to watch (or re-watch) the recorded event at a time that is convenient for them, along with the Q&A’s from the live webinar.

May I ask questions during the live webinar?

Yes! All of your point-of-sale software questions can be answered right when you need them. We have a tech support representative available via chat during the webinar, to answer questions as the webinar broadcasts live.

Do you charge for your webinars?

Webinars are a free benefit to retailers who have an active support contract! Without an active support contract, webinars are $29.95. If payment is required, you will be contacted via email within two business days of registration. Please confirm that you use the proper email address and organization name when registering for this event.

May I have additional employees attend?

Yes! If you maintain an active support contract for each location, your employees are free to attend. Each location wishing to attend will need to register separately.

May I request a future webinar topic?

Yes, of course! We appreciate all feedback and requests. Please send an email to webinar@posim.com and include the topic you would like our POSIM team to focus on.
